The livingroom feeling when you´re working on your projects.
The Bunker consists of 6 boutique studios designed with both sound & inspiration in mind. The studio venue is located in the central Stockholm with an easy access 24/7.
The studios are located in the best possible location for working in the music scene - the heart of Södermalm in Stockholm. You have an easy access - both to the studios but also to the surrounding restaurants, café´s & bars. Within 1 min walk you have the whole city nightlife around you - a perfect venue when you need the best. The venue also includes a kitchen and a lounge area to rest in between sessions or other work.
All of our studios have different aesthetic themes and can accomodate up to approx 4-5 persons.
It´s like pancakes, the first one always turns out a little wonky. Studio 1 with all it´s wooden and eco friendly acoustic material has been with us from the start, although refurbished a couple of times to fit the needs of a growing market, now it´s a cozy studio well suited for production, writing sessions and editing + post production.
Studio 2 came along in 2014 and has been renovated + refurbished in 2021 to accomodate a greater collection of synths and hardware. The room has a superb soundscape & audible response - tight bass, withheld reflections and yet a well defined mid + high range.
This is also the first studio where we during the renovation incorporated a new approach to the acoustic treatment and designs.
Our biggest room too date that incorporates three way monitors, hardware for mixing & mastering, recording as well as a dj setup. This room is excellent for bigger writing sessions, recording and of course mixing & mastering, both analog, hybrid + digital (ITB). Our inhouse engineers often uses this room for mixing & mastering for various artist & labels.
This fully black (& white) studio often serves as a studio for writing, pre/post production & smaller recording scenarios.
With its well setup light fixtures and dampened characteristics that creates a cozy vibe it´s perfect for more solo work or one-on-one sessions. Although its located in between our other studios, you´re never bothered, in this room you can blast away 24/7 due to its well designed construction.
As if we haven´t built well designed studios before, we top it off with this one!
Studio 5 has been taken to the next level with it´s acoustics, floating floor, rigid outer and inner wall constructions - and of course, the fabulous choice of color.
It´s a studio with a peaceful vibe and excellent sound characteristics - suitable for every musical challenge.
Studio 6 that can house every kind of musical task, from podcasts & recordings to productions, mixing and editing work.
Built as a floating room on top of rigid floor beams this room has a huge setup with different acoustic material and designs in nature based color choices.
